A large contingent of the JConcepts 1/8th Scale Off-Road team headed out to Gainesville, Georgia for the RaceTime Entertainment Wicked Weekend event. 824 total entries battled it out across 13 different classes to become Wicked Weekend champions!
A technical track welcomed racers Thursday and Friday for practice but it was apparent the surface would be rough from the jump. The team would be battling the track elements as much as they were battling each other.
Qualifying was the standard RaceTime format with 2/3 qual-points counting for grid position on Sunday. 16 drivers would qualify directly into each main with 2 bump-up drivers.
Racers used a variety of different tires, Mason Fuller would take the Pro Buggy win with Blue Falcons, Ryan Maifield in Pro Ebuggy with Green Falcons, and Dakotah Phend in Nitro Truggy with Green Reflex.
