This weekend the JConcepts team headed to Omaha, Nebraska in their first big race of the year in the form of the ProTek Heads Up Off-Road Championships. The team lead by Tom Rinderknecht had a fantastic weekend taking 7 overall wins.<\/p>

The event used a race points format in a very similar way to what has been seen at the Chili Bowl using a 3 round format with racers who had the most success in the first round starting in the back of the field for the second round. Each round was heads up meaning the racers actively raced each driver on the track with them every round.<\/p>

Starting position for the first round was determined by seeding results with the following JConcepts drivers leading the charge early.<\/p>

Moving into qualifying as mentioned earlier, all 3 rounds would count with varying different starting positions for each driver. The driver with the lowest finishing scores across the 3 rounds would start out front for the main events.<\/p>
